Our Fees

Fees for a rental property search
We charge a non-refundable search fee of £500 valid for a four week property search and the balance of £500 paid upon signing of the Tenancy Agreement.

Familiarisation tours of the area:

•Half day - 3 hours £150
•Full day - 5 hours £225

Times and area can be arranged to suit your requirements and schedule.
